The 2,082 square foot house was built in 1966. In 2000, it was renovated beyond recognition. The house visible behind Nicky's crew in the second screenshot is 3442 Pueblo Way, which is actually right next to the shot up house, as opposed to across the street as it's depicted in the movie.
